House Physics by Smart Environment Group is a trading name of Smart Environment Property Developments Ltd ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode, the details you write and any photo you attach.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and quote for work you ask about. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without asking you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. Photos are stored with the enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep records for as long as the law requires for contracts, tax and building records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
